Wale(pronounced Wah-Lay), is an emcee out of DC born to Nigerian immigrant parents. He’s been around for years but he’s just starting to get a lot of hype, and rightfully so. This is one of the best mixtapes I’ve ever listened to. You can feel the DC influence with the g0-g0 inspired beats and, despite being a mixtape about nothing, Wale comes with a message on almost every song.
