Chester French – Jimmy Choos (El-P Remix)

I’ve put up a couple posts recently on Chester French, the Harvard grads signed by Pharrell. They’ve been getting a lot of attention because they came out of nowhere, well, out of Harvard I guess, and were offered deals by both Kanye and Pharrell. Then they showed up on a brand new Common track. Their latest move is a clever one. Chester French have targeted a slightly different market with their latest El-P remix. Either no one is going to get these guys, or they are going to have a very massive appeal to all kinds of scenes. I’m guessing the latter. Shouts to Ruby Hornet.
