Reinvention – “Crossroads” + Cover Art Contest

I introduced you to Reinvention a little while ago with the track “Forgot”. It got quite a reaction. Coming out of the same studio as Chiddy Bang with a first single that followed in those same footsteps, the comparisons were inevitable. But, as their name suggests, Reinvention has a few tricks up their sleeves. Check out the second single “Crossroads” below, which features cleaner production and isn’t based around a sample. They’ll be dropping another single next week and the mixtape will drop the week after that.

Anyone out there got design skills? Reinvention will be taking submissions for a cover art contest. Cook up a graphic (make sure it’s 500 x 500 pixels) and send it over to reinventionmixtapeart@gmail.com. If you win, your cover will be the official face of the mixtape, and you’ll have something to add to your portfolio/brag to your friends about. I’ll also mention you in a post if you’d like with links to your site/email/twitter/whatever so other artists can contact you about work. The title of the mixtape is A Rapper In Denial, so you should probably work that in there.
