The Knocks (DJ B-Roc and Mr. J Patt), who have just signed a major publishing deal with Warner Music, have been so kind as to give P&P the exclusive on their newest summer jam. Technically I guessssssssssss you could call this a remix, but it’s not. The Heavy Roc boys have taken the Alphabeat dance track “DJ (I Could Be Dancing),” stripped it down, and then built it back up into a full blown rage anthem. The Knocks up the BPM sky high in turn upping the FPPM (Fist Pumps Per Minute). With a bumping base track and some belty female vocals the song is kind of reminsicent of an awesome 90′s club banger. The only title more accurate for this synthy electro-magic would have been “Something I Might Want To Take Ecstasy And Dance To.” Let me know what you guys think of it. Ima just be over here dancing waiting for your replies…
