John Legend doesn’t seem like the most obvious choice for a vocalist to accompany Magnetic Man (dubstep supergroup consisting of Skream, Benga, and Artwork). The idea of the dubstep masters working with the soulful Legend sounds about as awkward as when you move in to hug someone and they go for a handshake. Or when you accidentally sext your grandma. Or when you try to sneak in a silent burp at the dinner table and end up vomiting on your plate. Or this. But John Legend and Magnetic Man’s “Getting Nowhere” is not awkward. It is pretty damn smooth. Digging this one.
