Video! Grimace Federation – “BOSICO” butchered by Aesop Rock

You know that little subtitle under the Pigeons and Planes header about the smoke and sunny day and all that? That’s an Aesop Rock quote. I’ve been a fan for years, so you know I have to support this dude, even though he never responds to me on Twitter. It’s okay, I’m pretty confident that before I die I can get Aesop Rock to do a song entitled “Pigeons and Planes”. (If you ever end up talking to him, please put in a good word.) You’ve got your to-do lists, and I’ve got mine.

Here streaming is Philly-based instrumental/psych rock band Grimace Federation‘s first single “Bosico”, off their self-released album “On Velvet”. In additon, we have an Aesop Rock remix titled “Bosico (butchered by Aesop Rock)” available to stream and DL for FREE!

But that’s not all! The fine folks at 900bats jumped in Jeremy Fish’s van for an afternoon and shot a video for Aesop’s remix (up top) – directed by Alexander Tarrant and Justin Metros. Shout to Cage, who likes reading. Big up Joey Raia on the mix.

Note: Check out 900 Bats to stream the original. Download the Aesop Rock remix from the video below:
