Well, Hammer is actually NOT referring to Jay-Z as the devil, he is actually talking about Jay’s affiliation with a group called the illuminati. The illuminati is a group who is conspired to have a ritual in which one “sells their soul to the devil”, and in return, the devil promises that person fame, fortune, success, women, etc. It is believed by many that Hollywood is somewhat controlled by the illuminati, and that many of the celebrities you see are involved such as: Eminem, Lebron James, Jay-Z, Michael Jackson, Tupac Shakur, Kobe Bryant, Lil’ Wayne, DMX, Fat Joe, Tiger Woods, and the list just goes on and on.
