Listening to an artist for the first time is always an exciting experience, especially when you think “YES! EPIC WIN!” at the end. When Marcus Foster starts singing about a minute into “Tumble Down” there’s a classic, bluesy power in his voice, impressive for a 24 year-old. A bit of internet research revealed that as well as being in Mumford & Sons “crew” (can a nu-folk band can have a crew?!) he is an exhibited artist and long time friend of Robert Pattinson. Don’t let that put you off though: check out the available-for-download “Tumble Down” below and see what you think. And if you want, hit the jump to listen to the rockier “Shadows Of The City” and get details of his forthcoming EP.

Do you know something about it? Well actually I’m sitting here in Berlin too, having quite the same view (from the kitchen window and the same mood.
