I just watched the extremely entertaining movie The Wild and Wonderful Whites of West Virginia, a documentary about the White family, the partying red neck rock stars of Boone County, West Virginia. The White family lives a life of excessive drug use and violence, and one of their friends is Hank Williams III. Throughout the movie he performs some acoustic versions and I found this “Punch Fight Fuck” one pretty great.
Hank Williams III sounds and looks a lot like his grandfather, but he’s taken the traditional country sound into a punk, hardcore, psychobilly direction. He’s way less mainstream than his Monday Night Football theme song singing father.

Both he and his grandpa, sound like some true rednecks from Virginia. His dad, meeeh yeah. I tip my ancient leather cowboy hat and stomp my boots to these boys
