Cold War Kids – “Minimum Day” and “Minimum Mistake”

Cold War Kids had announced their Minimum tour, which raised the question, “what the hell are they promoting?” But of course, the band was just one step ahead of us fans: two new songs were released via their website. “Minimum Day” and “Minimum Mistake” (oooh, that’s why their tour’s called the Minimum tour!) sound like typical Cold War Kids material, but that’s not a bad thing. The band has honed their signature sound over the years and damnit, it sounds good.
