Grizzly Bear – “Sleeping Ute”

Ah, Grizzly Bear, how we have missed you. “Sleeping Ute” is the opening track from the band’s follow up to 2009′s Vecktameist, and it is a wild ride through crashing cymbals and intricate guitar playing which leads to a calmer finale. Grizzly Bear are eccentrics, and this leans towards the more experimental side of things, while remaining captivating throughout all the peaks and troughs of its 5 minute playing time. The currently untitled album will be released September 18th on Warp – tour dates for the rest of the year and the album’s tracklisting are below.
