Lil Wayne and Juvenile reunite for the 2Pac-referencing, Mike Will-produced “Picture Perfect.” With lines like, “I hate them thirsty bitches, cut ‘em off like circumcision,” it certainly isn’t Wayne’s most inspired work, but at points in this song you’re reminded that Wayne can spit when he wants to.
