British radio staltwart Annie Mac will be releasing her annual Annie Mac Presents… compilation of dance-music orientated tunes on October 8th, and one of the exclusives on the release comes from British R&B saviours AlunaGeorge. The duo have been having a fantastic year so far, releasing the You Know, You Like It EP and more recently giving us an arty video for “Your Drums, Your Love,” and “Watching Over You” continues their hot streak. It’s a gentle song that sees the vocals riding warm bass and the occasional 8-bit squelch, and the restrained production gives this one some real goose-bump inducing qualities.
