With the October 30th release date of Meek Mill‘s hotly anticipated debut album Dreams and Nightmares, the Philly rapper drops off a grandiose new single, the sort of lush lounge-hop that Meek’s bossman Rick Ross has made his signature over the years. Unsurprisingly, Ross shows up for the ride and brings two of his favorite past collaborators, John Legend and Nas, along for the ride. While this sort of grandeur isn’t what we’ve come to expect from the gritty Mill–whose enthralling voices typically sounds ever-hungry and on the verge of explosion–he flexes his versatility, fitting his flow to the moment appropriately.
