Sufjan Stevens is set to release Silver & Gold: Songs for Christmas Volumes 6-10 on November 13th. While Sufjan’s religiously heavy Christmas songs may not be for everyone, he has included an interesting nuggest buried among his dozens of holiday tunes—a Prince cover. We can’t say it’s surprising, because at this point Sufjan Stevens is about as unpredictable as they come, but it is a welcomed move that we certainly didn’t see coming.
