15 Songs Our Moms Still Think Are Cool

Without our moms, we wouldn't be here. We are very thankful for them, but they've got some terrible music habits. Most of the time they're fine; they can love the music of their youth and catch on to a few new things here and there. But every now and then they latch onto something new and don't let go. While the rest of the world moves on, the moms stay obsessed, and that's when we end up with these songs that our moms still think are cool.

haha true… I guess I’m just surprised the overuse by moms as a contemporary cultural reference.

The best part about my mum’s obsession with Chingy’s ‘Right Thurr’ is that she absolutely cannot remember the tune or lyrics of the song by herself. She’ll go “what’s that song with the butter” and I have to sing it for her. Then for the next couple hours I can hear her going “right beurre, right beurre” under her breath and giggling.
