Smallpools – “Mason Jar”

Smallpools are Los Angeles’ next big thing. Bottling the feelings of sunshine and freedom that permeate America’s golden state the four piece previously caught our ear with “Dreaming” a summer anthem too wide-awake to be passed over into the hazy subconscious.

“Mason Jar” is their second release and it builds on an already solid foundation—soaring choruses and good-old fashioned pop built brick by brick with synths, light strings, and across-the-desert pounding drums. Look for their debut EP available on July 16 (that’s next week already) and check out their tour dates below the song—which includes their first ever performance at Popshop Brooklyn this Saturday.
