One of the many beautiful things about music is the cohesion of a song. You have all these different parts and sounds doing all these different things, but the finished product is always one complete thought. The only drawback to that is sometimes tiny little glimmers of brilliance get lost in the constant current of information and sound—trends rise and fade away and some skills get forgotten in the mix.     haha “Intentionally rapping off beat” is a good one. I seem to hear it more and more thru out the hip hop scene. I hear it in the flows of the new insightful cats like Vic and Chance just as much as I do artists in the flows of like Lil B & Lil Ugly Mane. I fox wit it.
