Ta-ku‘s Songs To Break Up To is just two weeks away, and the Australian beatmaker is doing all he can to plant the seed of doubt in relationships worldwide leading up to its release. “Krule Love” is a sullen, relentless sample of King Krule‘s “Cementality,” the Englishman’s deep organ met by Ta-ku’s endless percussive creativity. The songs moves through moments of hip-hop, drum & bass, and house by Ta-ku’s seemingly effortless manipulations of that kick drum. One can imagine getting steadily shitfaced after you realize the relationship is past the point of forgiveness.
