We all have different preferences when it comes to music, but at certain points in our lives, we look for the same things. During the emotional years of early high school, music is an outlet that helps us cope with all that teenage angst. At that point, there's still a lot to figure out and the awkward ups and downs can leave us in a tangled mess of feelings. When you're not sure how to react, there's only one thing to do: rage. The soundtrack to raging might not be "cool" anymore, but it's well worth revisiting. Here are the songs you used to rage to in high school.

Good list, not great list. I don’t know a single Finch fan who would pick “Letters to You” over “What It Is to Burn,” and that was the weirdest possible Spill Canvas choice, especially over songs like “Polygraph, Right Now!” and “The Dutch Courage.” And Meg & Dia and Rilo Kiley? Seriously?

Also, the Jack’s Mannequin song is “The Mixed Tape,” not “Mixtape,” which is a Butch Walker song.
