What, you thought I’d take the bait and fire back at James Murphy for wanting to “vomit” at commercial dance music? Yeah, no. That’d be like trying to get my grandfather to understand dubstep. No reason to trip over people not getting what they aren’t supposed to get. And this isn’t even about “commercial dance music” – what the fuck does that even mean? Is he talking about Zedd, Avicii, and David Guetta? Those guys make a lot of people vomit as well. No sweat off my nose. I have some shit that’d blow your mind, James Murphy.

Major Lazer ft. Moska & RDX – “Lose Yourself”

Major Lazer and RDX go off and party with some beautiful women… and some goats.

Major Lazer ft. Pharrell – “Aerosol Can (Mr. Carmack Refix)”

Speaking of Major Lazer, Hawaii’s Mr. Carmack removed Pharrell and fattened up their Apocalypse Soon track “Aerosol Can.”

A$AP Rocky ft. Gesaffelstein – “In Distress”

So ominous, even if A$AP Rocky isn’t talking about much.

Son Lux – “Flickers (Zeds Dead Remix)”

The Canadian duo is back with some more of that emo bass.

Machinedrum – “Back Seat Ho (Rustie Remix)”

This is about as intense as you’d imagine it to be. Rustie never fails.

Dog Blood’s Middle Finger, Pt. 2 Remix EP

Skrillex and Boys Noize really pulled out all of the stops. Remixes from DJ Sliink, Kevin Saunderson, Bok Bok, and more. Massive.

Flux Pavilion & Dillon Francis’ video for “I’m The One”

Because cats. Always because cats.

Evian Christ – “Waterfall”

Some kind of industrial dancehall excellence.

Lockah – “Contact High Wit Big Lockah”

The more we hear about Lockah’s Yahoo Or The Highway LP, the more we can’t wait for it to be April 14.

Chromeo ft. Toro Y Moi – “Come Alive (Brenmar Remix)”

When does Brenmar do any wrong?

Samo Sound Boy – “Open”

New month, new Samo Sound Boy single. Dude has his cipher on LOCK.

Jack Beats – “Beatbox”

If you needed that bounce, just bass up the track a little bit.

Clostri – “Keep Coming”

Proper music from names you might not be aware of? That’s what we do. Clostri should be a part of your life.

Mapei – “Don’t Wait (Giraffage Remix)”

Giraffage is another one who you can assume will bring the amazing.

Elvis Crespo – “Suavemente (Kennedy Jones VIP)”

I always have to end with a bomb, and this is a long-awaited VIP of one of the best remixes from last year.
