Why you should go: The setting is beautiful and the main stage is absolutely epic. Plus, weed is legal in Washington.
When it comes to Sasquatch, the lineup is always stellar. A mix of big names and local bands come together in the middle of Washington State for what is often recognized as the Pacific Northwest's go-to festival. Lineup aside, however, the coolest thing about this festival is the setting.
This festival takes place at The Gorge: a nine time winner of Pollster's Best Outdoor Music Venue award. The grounds sit on a cliff overlooking the Columbia river and main stage is set up right in the foreground of the Columbia Gorge Canyon, creating an amazing scene especially when the sun goes down. It's safe to say it's probably the most photogenic venue in all of the country. And like I said earlier, feel free to light up.
