Woozy Tribe embody the word enigma, but as of late it’s beginning to feel like that won’t be the case for much longer. You shouldn’t feel bad for not knowing who they are, you should just be glad you know who they are now. Comprising countless musicians across numerous genres, the Body Cheetah-headed internet label have been quietly releasing promising music for a few years now. Coming away from Deadly Flowers, it’s clear that 2014 will be the tribe’s biggest year yet.

Spanning 26 tracks (plus a secret track for those that download it), the compilation makes for some compelling introductions to a large number of artists, particularly Slates and Body Cheetah. It’s quite a lengthy listen, but the murky backwoods of Deadly Flowers are certainly worth a visit.
