A Kurt Cobain mixtape, Montage Of Heck, was recently unearthed and, as you can imagine, it’s making waves. The work is an inside look at the Nirvana frontman’s past. The tape, which was reportedly made on a four-track cassette recorder in 1986, features a variety of songs, sounds, recordings, distortions, radio show snippets and more. Basically, it lives up to its name.

The project features work from The Beatles, Sammy Davis Jr. and Queen, among others.  A list of works used in the mixtape are below, via Live Nirvana.
