Kill J is on fire. The Copenhagen artist has been impressing us with her unique slice of electronic pop since 2013, but she’s taken things to another level with a series of incredible singles for her EP Quasi (out tomorrow, March 11). She’s found her lane.

“I´m a pop artist – but I don’t quite fit into that box… then I realize that I don’t have to be fully something,” she says. “I´m quasi. Half graceful goddess, half reptile.”

That attitude comes through strong on her new single “Coda” as she delivers icy lines like “I’m the realest f**king thing you’ll ever hate” over beautiful synths. It’s “a song about taking power back,” she says of the track. “You always know what you should have said after it’s over and too late – ‘Coda’ is my way of getting the last word.”

Listen to the song below and come see her in person at our SXSW Hype Hotel show on March 16!
