For a minute a few days ago, it looked like Lil Wayne was going to retire after he tweeted, ""I AM NOW DEFENSELESS AND mentally DEFEATED & I leave gracefully and thankful I luh my fanz but I'm dun." He quickly received support from the likes of Chance The Rapper, Young Thug, and Kendrick Lamar.

Weezy later backpedaled on the retirement talk and tweeted, "I'm good y'all don't trip," and now, he's back with "Grateful," which takes shots at Cash Money (they've been feuding for a while) and co-founder Birdman.

On the song, Wayne raps, "You don't see Stunna right next to me / And I won't see Stunna write checks to me / They can't put no more Weezy Baby out / That's that Cash Money vasectomy." He also repeats the line "No more CMB," short for "Cash Money Billionaires," several times. On the StreetRunner and Rugah Rah-produced track, he also addresses his frustrations with the media, saying, "Tell the press I'm not depressed, I just had to press reset."

Listen to "Grateful" below, which was released exclusively on Tidal.
