This week, RL Grime released a zine to help promote his forthcoming album, NOVA. The L.A.-based 26-year-old spoke on how NOVA was bigger than an album, saying the project would "create spaces where you can feel part of the process and support platforms for your own ideas, while allowing me to share mine too." It looks like the first idea RL wanted to share was "Stay for It," his new collaboration with Miguel.

The zine mentioned the collaboration with Miguel, and included a conversation along with some stills from their studio session, which was also released in a short clip on Thursday afternoon.

In terms of the actual song, "Stay for It" follows in the same creative vein of RL Grime's previous release, "Reims." It without a doubt bangs HARD for the dancefloor, but with Miguel's soaring vocals? It takes the turn up to another level. It's dope to see RL Grime spread his wings while keeping things just as anthemic as they've always been.
