Nirvana’s biggest weakness is that their music will forever be associated with the 90’s. Shit, is “grunge” even around anymore, not counting your 30 year old basement dwelling neighbor’s band? Not really. I’m not trying to dismiss the band as forgettable (I was the kid with 10 Kurt Cobain posters), but timeless doesn’t really describe their sound. Nirvana will always be 90’s rock. Enter Beatnick & K-Salaam. Thanks to Shake.
