I dare you to listen to this song and not smile.
This is the first I’ve heard of Undercolours, but they’re a fully-formed, extremely promising indie band. The sound of “Spirit The Ghost” is in the vein of something like The Temper Trap, but with even more anthemic capabilities to it. This may be the Australian four-piece’s first track to hit the internetz, but it’s already scarily polished and poppy – it really does seem like a perfect storm for popularity. Regardless of where the band ends up going, this is great music for a Saturday morning in the summer.
