It’s been 25 years since the release of De La Soul’s groundbreaking album, 3 Feet High and Rising, and to celebrate this milestone, the collective has decided to make their entire catalog free for download. Of course, there’s a catch: it’ll only be available for 25 hours, starting today (February 14), at 11 a.m. EST.

It’s a very kind, sincere gesture from De La Soul in an effort to help their fans who have been “looking and trying to get a hold of our music to have access to it.” This trouble arises from, of course, the fact that the album is full of samples that have yet to be cleared. According to Posdnuos of the group, they can’t even have their music on iTunes.

Head over to De La Soul’s official website to grab the goods, but hurry: it’ll all be gone by Saturday at noon (EST).
