Since last month, Marvel Comics have been gradually revealing classic hip-hop album covers reimagined with famous comic book characters. The previously released covers featured Spiderman on A Tribe Called Quest’s Midnight Marauders album, Ant-Man on The Notorious B.I.G.’s Ready To Die cover as well as many more favorites. The comic and hip-hop worlds have always had closer ties than some people may realize, but this new series finally brings those worlds together in a more direct form.
After a steady rollout of the previous covers, Marvel has officially released the entire collection. The series features all of the previously reveal covers as well as the final installment of releases. In total, there are 27 covers with influences ranging from Public Enemy, The Pharcyde and Big Pun to Lil Wayne, A$AP Rocky, and Kid Cudi.
