Since he announced his intention to run for President in 2020 at the VMAs, all the big guns have been coming out and giving Kanye West advice. Over the weekend, West performed at the Democratic National convention (watch footage here), with Obama taking the stage to speak before his set. “Do you really think that this country is going to elect a black guy from the South Side of Chicago with a funny name to be president? That’s cray,” Obama said.

Now, current Secretary of State and 2016 Presidential hopeful Hillary Clinton has some words of advice for Kanye, suggesting he should wait to run for President since she would want to run in 2020 if she wins next year. Speaking on an episode of Buzzfeed’s Another Round podcast, Clinton went on to say, “I might want to give him some additional experience so he’s got, on all the other things he’s done on his resume, he’s got some kind of envoy role or something he could point to… I would not rule out anybody for Vice President”.

The whole interview is great, and the questions about Kanye occur at the 27 minute mark.
