UPDATE 2/3/2016: Rolling Stone has responded to the image, and it appears that the Kanye cover is not an official one. Hopefully someone will have answers about ‘Ye’s condiment preferences soon.
While we love Kanye, and have many mustard-related questions for him, this is not an actual cover of Rolling Stone https://t.co/2c3ZWpaorN

With his new album coming out next week (February 11), it’s not surprising that Kanye West would engage in some press in support of it. He just shared, via Twitter, that he is on the cover of the February 25 issue of Rolling Stone, shot by none other than Tyler The Creator.
Through his heavy use of social media, the release of new music, and the announcement of a special Yeezy Season 3 show to be streamed around the world, Kanye, in his own way, has been hitting hard with the promo for his new album, which may yet undergo another name change before it’s released.
This is also a great look for Tyler, who has made his admiration for West clear from the start. The two appeared on Tyler’s track “Smuckers” alongside Lil Wayne last year, and Kanye has also performed at the Odd Future Golf Wang carnival.
Have a look at the cover below, and let’s hope there are more photos shot by Tyler (Wouldn’t it be great if he interviewed Kanye too?) in the story. Also note the cover line, which asks an important question about Kanye’s condiment habits.
