UPDATE: The original TMZ report this story is based on reported The Life of Pablo had been streamed “more than 100 million times.” TMZ has since changed that to just “millions.”

Kanyeezy you did it again. You a genius.

Kanye West’s seventh studio album, The Life of Pablo, is just nine days old, but it has already inspired memes, questions and reactions from other artists. Though no sales numbers have been released officially, TMZ is reporting that “The Life of Pablo and its debut at MSG has already been streamed more than 100 million times in less than two weeks, which is a record for the service. We’re also told subscribers to the app have more than doubled from around 1 million to 2.5 million.”

If these numbers are true this is huge for TIDAL, seeing as at least 1 million of those new subscribers will probably forget to cancel their free trial. The source also told TMZ that the album’s success has prompted Kanye’s team to discuss plans for another release, which may include a physical copy. Check out the full report from TMZ here.
