On his last day in office as Governor of California, Arnold Schwarzenegger reduced the sentence of convicted killer Esteban Nunez, the son of former California State Assembly Speaker Fabian Nunez, a friend of Schwarzenegger’s. In 2008, Nunez stabbed a college student to death and was convicted to 16 years in prison.
Esteban Nunez served less than six years and was released from prison this month. According to the Los Angeles Times, Schwarzenegger claimed he believed the punishment was excessive, but he also acknowledged that he was doing a favor for a friend.
Snoop Dogg is not happy about all this. The veteran rapper took to Instagram to let his feelings be known, and he calls Schwarzenegger a “straight bitch” for letting his friend’s son out early while others remain in prison. Snoop mentions Stanley “Tookie” Williams, a Crips leader who was put to death by lethal injection in 2005, while Arnold was in power.
“How the fuck you gonna let this n***a out of jail but you gonna kill Tookie Williams?” Snoop says before calling Arnold a punk and a “Dogg head bitch.”
To make matters even more complicated, Esteban’s co-defendant Ryan Jett remains in prison.
