On October 15, Jay Z and Beyoncé will be holding the second ever Tidal X charity concert, and considering the stacked lineup they had for last year's Tidal X: 1020, Tidal X: 1015 is set to be a star-studded affair.

This year's concert will feature performances from Beyoncé, Lauryn Hill, Nicki Minaj, Blood Orange, Common, Lil Yachty, Alicia Keys, and many others, and will once more be held at Barclay's Center. Those who won't be able to attend will be able to stream it exclusively through Tidal as well.

Tidal members and American Express card holders will be able to purchase tickets via Tidal's website on September 22 at 10am EST. General ticket sales begin on September 26. Proceeds from the charity concert will benefit the Robin Hood Foundation in an effort to "raise awareness, and funds in order to create positive social impact focusing on education initiatives around the world."

Roc Nation's Vice President of Philanthropy Dania Diaz explained in a statement that "supporting the community" is a tenet and mission of Tidal's. According to Diaz, Tidal X: 1015's focus is on education, going on to explain that "education can advance communities and can be the most powerful tool for change."

Last year, Jay Z and Beyoncé hosted Tidal X: 1020, which featured performances by Minaj, Lil Wayne, Usher, and many more. Proceeds from last year's charity concert benefited to the New World Foundation.
