Last night Americans, and many others around the world, gathered in front of their televisions to watch the first presidential debate between Donald Trump and Hillary Clinton. As most would expect, the audience that gathered at Long Island's Hofstra University was made up of mostly reporters and supporters of either candidate. However some viewers at home spotted one face that stood out among the rest.
A few viewers with some extremely sharp eyes caught glimpses of Rick Rubin on camera last night as various news networks panned the audience before the beginning of the debate. The two views show Rubin's face transforming from big laughs to unamused—which best explains the results of last night's debate. While many people took to Twitter expressing their confusion over Rubin's attendance, it's clear that he's just another voter like one of us who just wants to hear what both sides have to say.
