Since the release of Kanye West's "Fade" video, Teyana Taylor has had the internet abuzz, following that spectacular video with her "Champions" freestyle and its accompanying visuals. Earlier today, the G.O.O.D. Music signee appeared on The Wendy Williams Show to discuss what she's been up to and everything that led up to massive success of the visuals for "Fade."

During the interview, Teyana revealed that at one point that when she was first signed to G.O.O.D. Music, she would get frustrated and wonder why Kanye wasn't doing anything with her and what she was doing wrong. But now, after starring in Kanye's recent video, Teyana understands Kanye's master plan a little better: "I just don't think I was at that place. I don't think I was ready. I think timing is everything." She also credits her success with "Fade" to where she is in life now, being happy in both her marriage and motherhood.

Teyana Taylor also touched on what her performance in the "Fade" video meant to her. "This was a very emotional performance for me [...] It was bigger than a sports bra and a thong. It was a lot of emotion in that dance."
