Earlier this week, Twitter became the home of a big debate following some new Drake lyrics involving Kid Cudi. On a new song titled "Two Birds, One Stone," Drake references Cudi saying: "You were the man on the moon / Now you just go through your phases / Life of the angry and famous." As expected, people were pissed. Including Cudi's own manager and close friend Dennis Cummings.

It didn't seem like a fair shot, considering Cudi's on-going battle with mental illness and the fact that he's curently in rehab. However, Cudi proved today that he isn't defenseless nor willing to back down. He returned to Twitter this afternoon to respond to Drake's lyrics by simply saying: "Say it to face, pussy. You think it's a game. I wanna see you say it to my face. I'll be out soon. Promise."

Kid Cudi is expected to make an appearance at ComplexCon next weekend, so we'll have to wait and see if he has any more comments for Drake then.
