Saba's 2016 album Bucket List Project has taken the Chicago rapper's career to new heights. In fact, after setting it off with Denzel Curry and Jazz Cartier at SXSW, performing for MTV, and more, Saba has a right to feel like he's got the world in his hands.

That's a feeling he makes literal in the brand-new Tom Vin-directed video for his Bucket List song appropriately titled "World in My Hands," which we're happy to premiere above. The clip has Vin's animations interspersed with footage from the album cover shoot just outside Las Vegas. Keeping with the album's theme, Saba's friends and collaborators share items on their own bucket lists. The track features contributions from Smino and Legit.

About the video, Saba told Complex: "I told the director, Tom Vin, that I literally wanted the world in my hands. I wanted the video to focus specifically on our hand movements, so there are a lot of cool things popping up throughout the song.  I could definitely credit the old HP commercials or even Talib Kweli as being an inspiration for what the song came to be visually, but I wanted to throw a different spin on it. I wanted to show the Bucket List Project visually with this one, so you'll see a lot of shots similar to the album cover and a lot of people talking about what's on their bucket list, similar to how they do on the project. It's crazy that this was filmed only a few months ago, seeing as how a couple of those bucket list goals have already been accomplished, like L10 getting his Grammy and Dae Dae going on tour."

But not everything has been positive for Saba lately. In February, his best friend and cousin Walter Long Jr., who rapped under the name John Walt, was murdered. To honor the memory of his fellow Pivot Gang member, Saba is in the process of launching a foundation in Walt's memory that will enable access to art supplies and opportunities for the city's youth.

Next up for Saba is his Bucket List European tour. You can see the dates below (and buy tickets here).
