About an hour into Marilyn Manson's show at Hammerstein Ballroom in New York City last night, the 48-year-old rocker attempted to climb a stage prop while performing "Sweet Dreams." The prop collapsed on Manson, and according to TMZ it took several minutes for a crew to free him from underneath the prop and carry him off the stage on a stretcher. The rest of the show was canceled.

A representative told Rolling Stone that Manson suffered an injury and is being treated at a local hospital, but there's no official word on the extent of his injuries or what this means for the future of his tour. Manson is scheduled to tour until late December, with Alice Glass as the opening act. His album Heaven Upside Down is on the way, and his new single "KILL4ME" is out now.
