Chance the Rapper is here to ease the pains of the annual holiday stress with a re-release of his holiday-themed Jeremih collab Merry Christmas Lil' Mama featuring new tracks. While cycling through some familiar Lil' Mama cuts on Instagram Tuesday night, Chance teased fans with something new:

At the time of this writing, itโ€™s not clear whether the new track is set to land on the untitled Lil' Mama rework or another Chance project. As previously reported, Chance was spotted in the studio with Quavo last month working on a mystery collab.

Last week, Chance went down in history as one of the greatest and scene-stealingest Saturday Night Live hosts in television history. Don't @ me. The episode also resulted in some new Chance music of sorts, i.e. the presumed chart-topper "Come Back Barack."

As for a release date or additional info on the new version of Chance and Jeremih's holiday project, we don't know too much.ย Producer Bongo ByTheWay hit Rap-Up with the confirmation last week, clarifying that the project is still being put together. "We just put [the original] out for the culture, for the fans and stuff," Bongo said. "Now, we're really finishing it up and we're gonna put it out right. It's gonna have new music. It's gonna be mixed and mastered and everything."

Last year, we got Lil' Mama mere days before Mr. Christ's big day. It's probably safe to assume the 2017 re-release will follow a similar strategy.
