    Freddie Mercury

When: August 8, 1986 Where: Knebworth Park, Stevenage

By the last Queen show in '86, lead singer Freddie Mercury was starting to feel the effects of his as of then undiagnosed HIV. But that day in Knebworth Park, an estimated 300,000 people showed up to see Queen, and Mercury's final live performance saw him go out on his own terms, as one of the most captivating frontmen ever. Thankfully, even with all he was going through, Freddie Mercury left a powerful final impression, and would continue to produce music up until his death in '91, completing Innuendo, the band's 14th and final studio album in 1990.
