Brodinski ft. Young Scooter - "Francois Xavier"

Too often in the past, electronic and rap collaborations paired ill-suited artists together, trying to cut and paste a rap verse onto some over-saturated festival sound trap sound. Brodinski's upcoming debut album, BRAVA, out March 3, is anything but that. The French producer has a deep knowledge and genuine appreciation of rap music, especially the various raw street styles coming out of cities like Atlanta and Chicago.

We previously heard "Can't Help Myself" with SD, and new track "Francois Xavier" sees Young Scooter delivering the kind of hook that needs to be screamed as loud as possible. Middle fingers are definitely in the air right now.—Constant Gardner
