When we first heard from British singer Kyla La Grange in 2011 her sound was a wholly guitar-based folk/indie-rock blend, but on her sophomore album she’s gone down a rather different route, one that suits her crystalline voice to perfection. As soon as we heard “Cut Your Teeth,” we were excited about this new direction, and the wonderful “The Knife” only confirmed how well Kyla can pull of subtle but bewitching electronic pop.

Cut Your Teeth is out June 3 and feature production from Jakwob, Jas Shaw (of Simian Mobile Disco) and Igor Haefeli from Daughter. Listen to the album below via Line of Best Fit, and read our interview with Kyla La Grange here.
