Young Money - Rise of an Empire I love Young Money. Every member of the crew has a totally different sound, but when they all come together it works. Rise of an Empire wasn't the strongest release in hip-hop, but it didn't try to be. It was just fun, and sometimes that's all you can ask for from an album.

Erik Hassle - Somebody's Party EP Erik Hassle has one of the most emotive voices in music today. Paired with some solid production and collaborations (Tinashe, Vic Mensa), Somebody's Party is an incredibly strong EP.

Rich Homie Quan ft. Young Thug - "Get TF Out My Face" I know, I'm a Young Thug stan. There's literally nothing Thug does that I hate. If Thug were to start his own religion, I'd be the first follower. "Get TF Out My Face" was my favorite Thug song of the year (besides "About The Money"), mostly for when Thug politely says, "Hey could you move please? Thanks." Does it get any better?

MYSCLES - "Sweet n Sour" Confusion introduced us to MVSCLES at the beginning of the year, and "Sweet n Sour" has still been on heavy rotation ever since. Plus that album art!!! Those monkeys!!!
