Kendrick Lamar’s “Alright” has been an important song in 2015, spreading a message of hope and perseverance in dark times. It’s become somewhat of a rallying cry for protestors, and is one of the standouts from the wholly impressive To Pimp A Butterfly. The song also inspired an essential music video, directed by Colin Tilley.

Kendrick’s performance of the song at Austin City Limits was captured for a TV special on PBS, with the full show airing on January 9. As a teaser, they’ve shared footage of “Alright,” and it’s sounding as good as ever. Check it out above.
