After releasing the awesome singles "Drink I'm Sippin On" and "Raingurl," Seoul and New York City-based producer and singer Yaeji has delivered her new project, EP2. Following her self-titled EP from earlier this year, EP2 expands upon the sounds of her debut effort in numerous ways. Most importantly, however, is that she's also bringing along the elements that made her first EP so essential. Her signature hushed delivery is up front and center here, once again flaunting her ability to effortlessly rap and sing atop her stellar production.

Switching between Korean and English, often in the same song, Yaeji is a multi-talented artist continually surprising listeners. Featuring a cover of Drake's "Passionfruit" that outdoes the original, Yaeji is quickly establishing herself as one of the best new artists of the year. With over two and a half million views on "Drink I'm Sippin On" in just over a month, fans are already catching on to her unique blend of dance music and hip-hop. Closing out the year with EP2, she's set herself up for an even better 2018, and we can't wait to see where she goes from here.
