At least it looks like a junkyard. For this episode of Pitchfork’s Selector series, they catch up with Freddie Gibbs and have a great conversation about the gifts he received while on tour (like an AK-47 in Russia), the different titles to his forthcoming projects (including Cocaine PiƱata, which is apparently the title of his project with Madlib), and of course he gets two beats and kicks a dope freestyle. Gibbs has a great personality, so it’s always dope to see him speak outside of the music.
