After getting dropped by Interscope last fall, Chief Keef has just announced the release of his second independent studio album. The Cozart (based on Keef a.k.a. Keith Cozart’s given last name) is the follow-up to December’s Nobody which featured, among other things, backing vocals from Kanye. It will be his first physical release (at least, when he says “Stores near you” we think he means terrestrial ones) since his debut, Finally Rich.

Keef previewed a snippet of the upcoming album on Instagram, which has since been taken down. For fans looking for the next installment of his Bang mixtape series, Keef has some choice words — basically, it’s happening but no clues yet as to when.
